Who we are
Dynamicnumbers Professional Corporation is a Chartered Professional Accountant firm registered with CPA Ontario as a Professional Corporation, with its office at 7626A Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J 1V9. We are the organisation responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Through this website, we collect only what you send us:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you selected, your subject line and your message.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.
Separately, in the course of providing accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll services, we collect the financial and personal information necessary to carry out that work. That information is governed by our engagement with you and by our professional obligations as a CPA firm.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through this website to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask for. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
Consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to us using your information to reply to you. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@dynamicnumbers.ca. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide a service.
Third-party services
Some parts of this site rely on third parties, and using them means data passes through their systems:
- Email delivery. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email service provider.
- Maps. The map on our contact page does not load until you click to load it. Once you do, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. If you never click, nothing is loaded.
- Hosting. This site is served by a hosting provider that processes standard server request logs.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our correspondence. Client records are retained for the periods required by tax law and our professional obligations — generally six years, and seven as a matter of practice.
Safeguards
We use cloud-based systems with security controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved, and we limit access to those who need it to do the work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send government identification, full account numbers or images of cheques by ordinary email. Your rights
